If you wish to sell your shares, you have the full right to do so at any time. You are not required to find a purchaser for your shares. GMCH is obligated to repurchase the shares at the time a family member wishes to sell them. The time limit for this repurchase is within one day.
Additionally, shareholders are obligated not to sell their shares to any other party without GMCH's consent. To initiate the share sale process, simply send a picture of your ID card to GMCH Ltd.'s official email or WhatsApp number. A GMCH representative will contact you within one working day to complete the transaction, which will also be finalized within one working day.
